Payment Methods - WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING PAYPAL

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, American Express and Paypal. Paypal payments are made to shoebox@zbzoom.net. After filling out our online checkout form an invoice number will be generated and an order confirmation will be sent to you by email. At shipment a payment receipt will be sent to you with the merchandise. Please keep this payment receipt for reference. The order confirmation that is provided online at the time of your order does not serve as your official receipt. The official receipt is the payment receipt that is mailed to you with the merchandise.

Order Confirmation:

Please note that Shoebox Cards often travels to card conventions and displays inventory from the online store. Items that you purchase online may have been sold during a card convention. If your item(s) sold prior to your online purchase, Shoebox Cards will contact you, and promptly return the funds in full to your credit card.

Shipping Options & Charges

We will begin processing your orders immediately upon receipt. We generally will ship your order within 24 hours of your order date. However weekend orders may take up to 3 days. If you have a question regarding the status of your order, please email us.

Refunds & Exchanges

You may return any card purchased within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Please note there are NO RETURNS ON OPENED MERCHANDISE.

Please insure your package to protect your investment.
We are not responsible for returned merchandise lost in transit.
